The hot springs come directly from the Arenal Volcano in proximity to the resort. The temperature of the water is 28C-39C (73F-102F). There are more than 20 natural hot springs pools, ponds and cascades. The minerals in the water opens up the pours in the skin and has proven healing effects. All the water that is used in the hotel comes from the volcano and is then recycled and cleaned in a cleaning plant before it goes back to the Arenal River.
